Lesson Scheduling & Attendance

Individual Lessons

• Students must schedule lessons in advance..
• Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice; otherwise, the lesson will be counted as completed..

Group Lessons

• Group lessons have fixed schedules and cannot be rescheduled individually.
• Frequent technical issues on the student’s side do not qualify for extra time or refunds, but the student will have access to the recorded session and learning materials.

Payment & Refunds

• All payments must be made before the lesson or package begins.
• For individual lessons:

Payment can be made per session or in advance for a package.

Payment can either be paid in full upfront or through an agreed monthly plan.

Refund Policy

• No refunds once the course or package has started.
• For individual lessons:

If the tutor cancels a lesson, students will be informed at least 24 hours in advance. The lesson will either:

Be rescheduled, OR.

Not be counted against the total package.

• If the tutor cancels without prior notice, the lesson must be rescheduled.

Technical Issues

• 1. Students are responsible for their internet connection and technical setup.
• 2.Frequent technical issues on the student’s side do not qualify for extra time or refunds in group lessons, but the student will have access to the recorded session and learning materials.
• 3. Widespread technical issues beyond the student's control may be considered for rescheduling, at the tutor’s discretion.

Package Expiration & Grace Period

Each package must be used within the set duration, including a grace period. After this period, unused lessons will expire.

• 1. 4-lesson package → expires after 5 weeks.
• 2. 8-lesson package → expires after 8 weeks
• 3. 12-lesson package → expires after 18 weeks.
• 4. 20-lesson package → expires after 14 weeks

Minimum Enrollment for Group Lessons

• A group class requires a minimum of 4 students to start.
• The ideal group size is 6 students.
• If the minimum of 4 students is not met, students will be offered:

(a) A Refund, OR.

(b) The option to join a different group.

• Alternatively, students can join a smaller group (2-3 students) at a higher rate of $13 per session per student ($104 per month for 8 lessons).

6. Student Conduct

Respectful behaviour is required in all lessons. All students are expected to engage in a positive and supportive learning environment.

• Disruptive behaviour in group lessons will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to:
• 1. Repeated interruptions that affect the flow of the lesson.
• 2. Disrespectful or inappropriate language toward the tutor or fellow students.
• 3. Bullying, harassment, or offensive remarks of any kind..
• 2. Excessive lateness or unexcused absences that disrupt group progress.
